Do we need to submit all signed waivers back to you?

    • All signed Waivers should be kept on file by your Organization.  They do not need to be submitted to us.  Copies of the completed Waivers may be requested by the General Liability Carrier in the event of a claim.

Are the waivers on this website required to be used, or can we use our own waivers that we already have?

    • You may use your own waivers.

We have parents that do not want to sign waivers. 

    • Waivers are a condition of coverage.  In the event of injury, the insurance company may require a copy of the waiver (which you are to keep on file).  Failure to produce the waiver could result in the denial of a claim.
