I am a new director. How do I change the director over to myself?
- You will need to send an email to homeschoolsupport@ncginsurance.com with:
- Your group name as it appears on the policy
- Your group BP# (this is located on the certificate of insurance)
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
*The email address you provide will be where the renewal link and policy documents will be sent. This email address will also be your username.
I want to renew my policy, but my enrollment numbers are expected to change from last year. I need to update them first.
- Use your best estimate for your upcoming school term’s expected enrollment. If your numbers grow as the year progress, simply contact us to update your enrollment numbers.
